Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A commercial property is for sale and is restricted from operating as a restaurant. Anybody know, how long before this expires or if/how it can be challenged ?

    How long is the lease?

There is no Lease. This property is for sale and this restrictive covenant is in the title/deeds somewhere. I cannot (as a purchaser) see the deeds/title until my offer has been accepted, so effectively I am bidding on the blind. If I knew that this restriction could be challenged or maybe expire sometime soon I would be prepared to make an higher offer.
