    I made this up earlier and now tucked away in the fermenting fridge. The Apollo hops smell amazing, really citrusy, like cascade, colombus etc. I will dry hop with 40g of apollo in about ten days. Have to be careful making up a recipe as the alpha acid % is so high. I think Bravo and Dr. Ruhdi will be next in my series single hop pale ales :D
