what is the lead time to move from eircom to vodafone for line and broadband?

does anyone have any idea what the formal lead times are when changing from eircom to Vodafone? i know the phone line can move over quite quickly, but broadband takes longer. i know someone who was told "10 working days after line has been taken over to have broadband moved over" Friday was day 13 for them and still…

Friday was day 13 for them and still broadband is with eircom and has not moved over.

any ideas what the actual time frames are?

My landline was moved within 2 days, but broadband is still pending just over a week later. I'm assuming eircom will charge me proportionally for broadband and not the full 2 months cost of the package.
