    Hey guys,

Anyone know someone in Arklow who sells chicken (& duck) free range eggs? As in proper free range - chickens have total freedom in the garden, laid that day, etc?

    Thanks

There used to be free range eggs for sale on the old Gorey Rd, just 2 kms outside Arklow half way to Inch. Not sure if it's still around. Otherwise, Cullen's butchers in Wicklow town sources free range eggs from Arklow and may let you know his source if you ask nicely.

Free range hen, duck and sometimes even guinea eggs every Saturday morning (10.30 to 12.00) in the country market opposite the Credit Union offices at the back of the town. (same road as Garda Station, Health centre etc)

If you want to get them from the farmer directly, there's a farmer out the Redcross road who sells them and another along the Coast Road, halfway between Ennereilly beach and the town. Both have signs outside, but it's a bit of a trek.
