its no different to playing on a normal pitch, if they try and use the astroturf as an excuse they should be shot

From someone who plays on it every week, it is a difference. The ball snags on it if it's not wet. If it is wet, it zips along much quicker than grass.

the artificial grass they are using here is totally different to the surface in your local astro park. its almost identical to natural grass.

I don't play in a local astro park. I'm talking UEFA grade. Just like that pitch.
