Complaint about vet

Hey, looking for info for someone thankfully not myself! Has anyone made a complaint about a vet before and if so who is it to? I would presume the vet council of ireland but can't find any sections for complaints on their website!

Do let us know how it goes, if you can. I recently submitted a letter of complaint directly to a vet and if they don't take me seriously and give me a genuine response then I'm considering escalating it to the VCI. I'd like to know how they go through their complaints process.
