    Hi,

With a baby on the way, we're doing a lot of bulk cooking to eat half, and throw half in the freezer.

Apart from our versatile staples like chilli & spag bol, can anyone suggest some good recipes which defrost well and don't take a lot of extra prep to make a nice meal?

I'm thinking chicken casseroles or something along those lines?

    Thanks for your suggestions! :)

I like Moussaka, it freezes really well, is convenient to make in large quantities and defrosts perfectly.
Plus it stores easily in square blocks.
