Memory and Ethernet Routers...

Have a bit of a stock pile of RAM removed from various Dell PC's when I upgraded to more RAM, mostly 256 ddr sticks and some 512 sticks 50+ in total. Also some old routers, 32 port, 16 port and 10 ports. I'd have to dig them out to confirm. Have they any value today? Routers would be for hard wired networks not wireless.
