Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lads I know this has been done alot but not so recent, surely times have moved on and better mice have arrived on the market.

My trusty Logitech G9x mouse went bust last night so I am in the market for a new one, TBH I have seen the new silverone on pixmania for €70 so I might get it again it was a lovely mouse but I gave it some tough love. I really like the look and the specs of the Razor Mamba but its pricey and the reviews are hit and miss....anyone got one that can give me some feedback?

I also like the new Logitech G700 but again the reviews are mixed and not ideal for large hands as the buttons are quite cramped...In theory I love the Cyborg RAT 7 as its adjustable but the mouse itself is not that great.

So any other mice you can recommend, I dont need anything for the likes of WOW or anything just FPS shooters really?

I know a few people who have the R.A.T. 7 and love it to bits, though it looks like something you could lose a finger in:

I'm 6'2" it suits my hand just fine. The macro buttons work very well especially in games like WoW - every click is a different kind of pointer-controlled heal thanks to a combination of logitech and in-game macro ingenuity means my reaction time is quite a bit higher than the average healer, nobody needs healbot with this thing.

But your G9X might still be in Warranty. Logitech is very good about that. Proof of purchase? <3 years?

+1 for the logitech G700 really is such a comfortable mouse, I too have large hands and its fine the two top buttons on the side (which there are 4) are a little arkward to get to at first but your get used to it.

Deffo recommend it even over the G9x.

That awkwardness is good, I reserve those for my mana heavy heals lest I accidentally click them. Even though I spend most of my time casting them. As to getting used to them, the awkwardness is momentary and only comes from the fact that one is not used to having buttons on top of his mouse. Once you're used to this fact, it's second nature.
