Hi folks, I need to set a budget for the flooring for new house and while I have fair idea of cost of tiles and laminate flooring, I don't know about all the other costs. Could someone advise how much do I need to allow /per sq meter or sq yd/ for all those other costs: glue, underlay, etc.+ labour. I'll do laminate myself…

About 18-20 euro a square meter for the tiling.

Possibly a tad less nowadays??
