Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi I am thinking about getting an alarm installed in my house. And I was wondering if you could recommend any good companies around the Tullamore area. And roughly how much it would cost? Thank you.

    I just heard of a chap supposed be good he is living along Collins Lane in red dormer brick house facing main road. Sorry don't have his name. It costs around €1,300

    L-Tec alarms are quite good. Did my parents' house. 05793-51045. A long time at it (the alarm game I mean!). Lots of reference sites in Tullamore.

    Martin Loughnane of L-Tec is on Collins lane so perhaps that is who @IrishHomer was referring to. He also does HKC alarms and is extremely good at what he does. Plus a gentleman. Which is VERY important where alarm installs are concerned.

    Sorry, its just a 1st post that recommends someone so directly can be seen as suspicious. It has little credibility when its a 1st post. Didn't mean to offend, but it is a fact of forums in general.
