    You blend it until it looks like rice. Add whatever flavours you want (i usually add cayenne pepper or onion salt). I put it in a microwave save lunch box for 3mins.

    Of course google gives up plenty of caulifower 'rice' recipes. I'll be having it today with chicken meatball tagine.

    I also made the cauliflower pizza crust yesterday. It was fantastic !
