    What would the price range be for a flat roof 26 ft x 14 ft? inclusive of all timber, labour etc.

    What type of finish? torch on felt or sheeting or what?

    Prob torch on but I would like info about the range of alternative options/prices.

    you could use a rubber alternative to torch on or you could use sheeting. sheeting would be cheaper and just as good for a shed or garage?what are you covering?

    No it is for a kitchen so it needs to be a top notch job.

    Paralon or trocal was what i was thinking of. Again just unsure of "rough" pricing.
