They seem to have a very affordable e-commerce plan using templates. Is it too good to be true?
Looking for a simple shop setup with a few items (perhaps 15) split into two different pages/categories.
I know nothing about web design/hosting/domains but would be able to maintain/update a simple website from the admin side.
Any feedback??

Any websites which are pre-made are not good & not Search Engine Friendly..

you could take a look at volusion or big commerce. we use both for clients who want an commerce site

Given that their own website looks horrible, I'd steer clear.
