Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Communication is a broad topic in leadership. I would suggest to narrow it down look at the role of the leader. In communicating effectively with parents, the role of communication in leading a successful team, the role of communication in leading learning practices or discipline procedures. Narrow it down and then relate it back to your own practice giving examples of good communication skills you have seen in your school and maybe a bad scenario. Hope this is helpful to some extent
