    Anyone any experience of Dewey cleaning kits.

    I have one of their nylon coated rods and some of their jags and brushes and found them to be of good quality and durability. I use them with a Lucan bore guide and have absolutely no complaints.

    You can buy direct as far as I remember.

    yep, a one piece rod is what you want, breach to muzzle.

    Dewey state all their rods are manufactured in the USA too

    I think the rifle kits include one piece brass rod, CLP, jag and/or needle and patches in a leather pouch, $22 US. That should be fine, if you shoot more than a few times you will need more CLP and patches. Good item for taking to the field or the range. I use their one piece coated rods and they work fine.
