    Hi all, just moved to steeple manor in trim just wondering does anyone know waste collection days and also what companies collect here? We are also looking to get broadband what are our options? Thanks in advance, S

    Welcome to Trim. Most houses in estate seem to use Midland waste (now AES) http://www.aesirl.ie/ - two other companies that collect waste in the estate also are mahons waste (http://www.mahons.ie) and thorntons (http://www.thorntons-recycling.ie). Collection is on Wednesday mornings - I think Thorntons is Tuesday morning.
    Broadband we use Eircom. You could also use Vodafone. If you don't need a landline I believe Digiweb offer wireless broadband in the area.

    We moved to Trim a few months back, Eircom is our broadband providor, 8mb unlimited for 50 a month, (5 euro off for first 6 months and 45 off first bill), great connection and hitting the 8mb 99% of the time.

    As for bins we use Mahons, 12Euro for a pick up of normal bin and 4 euro for recycling, as there's just the 2 of us we put the recycling out every other week and the black bin once every 3/4 weeks.

    We buy our tags from Souhans Petrol station (opposite Supervalu)
