Is anyone else experiencing a problem with water pressure in Rush. My cold water tap in the kitchen has not being running since early this morning and I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem. It could be due to the roadworks near the Millbank Theatre.
Actually further to the above the following is on the Fingal Co Co website

FINGAL COUNTY COUNCIL WATER SUPPLY INFORMATION

    Wednesday 5th September 2012 : 12.30

Rush Area: Water will be off to parts of Rush today 5th September from 11am - 1pm approx. This is in order to carry out repairs to a bad leak located in the Hayestown area. Some areas will experience low pressure while other areas will have total water outage during this time.

Areas affected: Lower Main St Rush, Hayestown, Brookfield, Kenure Park, Loughshinney and parts of Thomastown are likely to have total water loss. Other estates in the surrounding area may be affected by low water pressure for the duration of the works.

We apologise to consumers who are affected by this disruption to supply.

Main leak is still there a little further up the road so have no idea what they fixed. It has been leaking for weeks at this stage. Lucky we have loads of it to run into the main drains and get it for free.
