Is this workout good for a beginner?

    Hi..I am new to lifting weights and i made this basic workout which is intended to give a full body workout..

    Incline Dumbell Bench Press 12-15 rps
    Goblet Squat 15 rps
    Dumbell curls 12-15 reps
    Plank. hold 40 seconds
    Shoulder press 12-15 reps
    Hip raises.. hold 5 seconds, 10 reps

    REPEAT 2 more sets. 3 in total.

    Is this good for a basic workout? Is it enough for a beginner? does it target enough areas and if not what am i missing?
