Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Look. The country can't afford it anymore, that's the harsh reality here. It has to change. Is it fair that others had a softer time of it? No, not really but that's the breaks. I don't think people who got a degree with lower fees and possibly a grant should be cavalier about the fact because it stinks of hypocrisy but students now who want lower fees and all that should push their Universities on finding other ways to lower their expenditures and find ways to afford you cheaper fees rather than demanding the government prop up the grant system.

    Wasn't it found that abolishing fees made very little difference in people from poorer backgrounds attending college anyway?
