has anyone any recommendations? I have bought planet and people for the option and it seems ok. I used exam skills answers last year and got a B1. would i be better making up my own notes from the internet? anyhelp thanks in advance:)

There's an excellent new set of geography books out called Changing World by Charles Hayes (http://www.easonschoolshop.com/product/Secundary/CHANGING-WORLD-CORE-TEXTBOOK-LC) which is, in my experience, really good.

With regards to notes, the book is really your best resource and can be supplemented very effectively with the internet. If you're looking for sample answers though, this book (http://educate.ie/view-book.php?id=87) is pretty decent- covers all of the exam questions since 2006.
