Recipe for Trocadero's crab starter

Hey everyone, I'm looking to try and replicate the crab starter in Trocodero's on Suffolk St, Dublin 2. It's a type of crab pot with a cheese ontop, I think maybe gruyere cheese. Anyone have a similar recipe? Cheers
