Student, need Visa/mastercard debit card.

    Hey, I am a student and I need a Visa/Mastercard debit card so I can pay for goods on ebay/paypal and take money off from any other ATM in any other country.

    I just need so I can go to local bank and lodge money onto it and simply use it, I don't need any kind of long term agreements/credits and so, what bank can I go to to get such card if it's possible? Atm I am with AIB but all they can give me is an Laser card which is almost no use online.
