i foolishly signed up for a 2 year contract with them at the door with promises of lower bills and hassle free customer care. Since l joined up 4 months ago lve had nothing but trouble, miscalculated bills, l got an electricity bill for 1000 euros which was recalculated to be 80! I just felt ESB were more professional and…
