Hey guys anyone know of a boot camp training course near Clonmel or Cashel? Need to get fit and a few friends have done these and say they are great. Can't find any info of any in these parts though. Cheers

I think someone was doing one in Dundrum House a while ago. I'd say ring them and find out if its still going.

Was just going to say this. The Forge Kettlebell & Crossfit in Ard Gaoithe is fantastic. They kick your ass but don't push you further than you can go. No posers, no bikini models, just everyone huffing, puffing and dying!

Works wonders and the trainers are so sound.

You should give them a go, just contact them ahead of time and they will tell you which session to go to.

If you get a group of at least 5 people/friends and sign up to a 6 week course of boot camp. I know someone who will come to the area you want and run a class for your group.

Something to think about, let me know if your interested and I will pass on the details.
