Hi guys, anyone got any links to some info on sennheiser radio mic kits and frequency to use. My kit interfered with something recently. Embarrassing. Also, I hear chatter about the frequency changing to channel 38 from 69 or such. Is it illegal not to have a license when using them? I been doing charity video work for…

There has been change in legislation governing Wireless Microphones.

No longer are units on high band VHF permitted, the allowed frequency range is currently 863MHz to 865MHz.

You shouldn't have got interference as I don't think any of the bands are being used by anyone else yet.

With the older gear the recommended frequencies are :

863.100
863.500
864.300
864.900
