Ice rink?

    Hi lads,

    is there any ice rink in Ireland currently open for skating on ice?
    I used to go to Dundalk, ice Dome but they closed down few years back, not sure would reopen or not.

    Unfortunately Dundalk has shut down and doesn't look like it's reopening. A new rink opened in Santry or Swords (can't just remember which) during the summer, but it then shut down for some technical reasons; hopefully only a temporary shut down. The Christmas rink at Dundrum shopping centre should be opening soon.
    For more information on ice skating in Ireland, visit isai.ie - the ice skating association of Ireland. I've found them helpful in the past.

    There used to be one in Finglas if I remember. I've never been there, it was opened only for very short time. Once I went there full of joy to do some skating and they closed down. I think there's cinema there or something.
