Another shoe dilemma

I bought this dress for my graduation (very mature student)

I'm very happy with the dress, it covers up my old lady arms ! I know that you won't see much of the dress under my gown so I would love to get shoes that don't look boring. I love Irregular Choice/ Iron fist/ Poetic Licence shoes but I can't risk very high heels as I don't want to fall on my ass walking across the stage:D
Any ideas ladies ?

Thanks Ziegfeld, they are my favourite pair. Do you think it would be ok to wear black opaque tights or should I go for something else ?

No I personally wouldn't wear black tights, it might look really dull!

The second pair definitely seem to match what you want. Some Irregular Choice shoes have wedge type heels and therefore are quite solid to wear.

I have this pair of shoes (in pink) and they're relatively comfortable.



I wouldn't wear dark tights with that combination of shoes and dress. Get a pair of nude/tan type tights.

I have these and the block heel and platform make them easy to walk in. They come in black as well.

Thanks everyone, I went ahead and ordered the second pair. I bought tights in every colour yesterday and I will go with nude/tan. Love your shoes Dudara and Dcfc, makes me think we should start a shoe forum. Thanks for the good wishes, really looking forward to the day
