Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could hardly miss in fairness although he tried.

That would have been some goal

Just offside but JJJAAAAAYYZZZIIIZZZ that would have been some goal!

Andy Townsend remains more biased towards England than David Cameron is against Labour.

I don't know seen Sterling miss from a similar position 10 minutes earlier

I can see Chambers being England's Dm for the Euros. Position is wide open for someone to let someone like Barkley or Wilsheres creativity to shine through.

Don't really understand the Arsenal v Liverpool willy waving in the SF tbh. Pretty annoying.

Another goal in this game yet

Stonewaller. Only the trailing leg got the ball. Surprised our expert commentators didn't cop that.

Djourou is the worst CB of all time.

Gerrard has been really poor tonight his legs are gone.

Agree completely, he might as well not even be out there.

    Welbeck makes it 2-0.

That Ukraine and Slovakia looks to have been a bit full blooded. Yellows galore.

Good play for that second though, excellent ball from Sterling to Lambert, who himself didn't panic, and had the awareness to find Welbeck. Good finish then to top it off.

Very happy with that performance and result. Well done to Roy and the lads.

Very good win for England, was sure they'd drop points.

    Two good goals too.

Welbeck could do a Sturridge, really kick on when playing regularly for a club that wants him.

looks like uefa have normalised everything across all broadcasters for the qualifiers now, from the graphics down to the microphone sock.
the white and red jersey that flashes up before replays is going to bug the crap out of me.

What bugs the crap out of me is that they call it "Euro 2016 - European Qualifiers". As opposed to what like?!

Would make sense for the World Cup but just seems a bit daft when being in Europe is (supposed to be) a prerequisite for entering the competition in the first place.

    Israel says no.

    Israel says no.

If Kazakhstan were playing Azerbaijan would they call it an Asian Qualifier?

    I don't know, would they?

All I know is that being a part of Europe is not a prerequisite for being in UEFA competitions.

Damn, the UEFA section was so much less complicated back around 1990!

It ought to be, otherwise where does it end? Even though Russia extends right across Asia, at least part of the country is in what could be classified as Europe. Kazakhstan doesn't even have that. If Kazakhstan can get in, then maybe Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Libya could look to have a word since they're all historically linked to Europe and are about as close by.

I'm not watching so they've probably said this 10 times already but I think that's the first Andorran goal in something like 16 games.
