Healthy easy to make recipes

Hi all, As the title says, I'm looking for healthy recipes that are easy to prepare and cook. I eat meat but I have no problems eating a full veg meal, in fact I would like to incorporate a full veg meal regularly into my diet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
