Paid app does not show up in 'My Apps'

Hi folks, just transferring from a Samsung Galaxy SII to an SIII. Everything has migrated perfectly once I signed in to the new device with the same google account, however, there is a paid app that has not migrated. Tetris from EA sports. It doesn't show up in My Apps on the device or when I log into the play store from my desktop.

What are my options here? Thanks for the help :cool:

Have you checked to see if it is compatible with the new device?

Yep, it says its fine for the new device. I'm not sure how I escalate the issue so I don't have to purchase again. Or is it possible to force a migration from the SII to the SIII?

The original Tetris for iOS was pulled and relaunched last year (to much disdain). Subscriptions were added, IAP, etc.

Was the same thing done to the Android version?

Thanks for the headsup, I'll go do some more googling on this
