Heading over at the end of the month for a week with a few mates, just wondering what Irish folks have stumbled on while there that is worth the look?

I was there in March also but that was only for a couple of days and one of those days I was badly hung over!!!

A trip to The Grand Canyons South Rim could be an option for you f you are there for a week.

Also depends what you are interested in, eating? Drinking? Shows? Gambling?

We were thinking of hiring a Mustang and heading to the Grand Canyon alright. We were going to look into a few shows and then hit the bars.

I was just wondering if anyone else had stumbled on anything else? I think it's luck of the draw as to what you find there!!!

Shooting machine guns? Its kind of a guy thing but if you're there for a week you'll have plenty of time for this. They're easily accessible from downtown (the first one is right by the airport). You can burn (literally!) through more cash at these places than in a casino, its really fun:

it's about a 3 hour drive but I was in the area for a couple of weeks in July and the best thing we did was hike the narrows at Zion National Park. Just rent the appropriate footwear and walking poles first.
