Question - Workout Days/Times

    Probably a stupid question and I doubt it does matter that much but:

    Based on a 4 day split (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) would it matter if I were to workout Monday night (2030 - 2200ish) and then Tuesday morning (0645 - 0815ish)? And then the same for Thursday night and Friday morning.

    As in would it have any bad restrictions with gaining?

    Alternatively it'd be Monday night, Tuesday morn, Thursday Night & Saturday morning.
