    Im just wondering can You get Blackberry messenger on a bill pay blackberry and if so ! how do activate it ? :)

    Yes you can. The cost depends on the network as you need to get the BIS (blackberry network services) add-on for it to work. Once you have it BBM will work.

    If you've all you can eat data just call the and ask them to add the blackberry service to your account.
