How to record from yamaha stagepass to iPad

Hi. I have a Yamaha stagepass 300 and I want to record from it to my iPad. I go a connector cable to connect my stagepass to the iPad via RCA. I still don't know how to actually record though. Is there an app I can download or how can I do it. I've been told that it is possible by a yamaha dealer. Any advice?
