Advanced Design Courses?

Hey I was wondering does anyone know if theres any design courses or preferably workshops available? Basically I'm a qualified graphic designer but feeling that I need to learn more things to be that more professional. Rather than taking 2 hours to do a half hour job, thats what id like to be able to do!
