Renting bike for half a day?

I'm coming to Portlaoise to check a few properties to move in and was wondering if there's any service to rent a bicycle to travel around more quickly. I don't drive so renting a car is out of the question.

Hm.. Not that I know of. Not much tourism around here
You could try Michael Kavanagh bike shop. It's only two minutes from train station. I'm sure he would sort you out.
