shop to rent short term

Looking for a shop to rent Dublin city or south side but just short-term until January. Size needs to be around 1000sqf, anyone got any leads or know any landlords that have empty units and might be interested in doing something short-term? (busy footfall preferable!)

There's a load of empty units in CHQ in IFSC. Try the DDDA - http://www.ddda.ie/index.jsp?p=631&n=210
