Can people please keep their dogs on the leads in the park when it clearly says dogs not allowed off the leads!! There is a dog pen there to be used and its great. There is a dog pen there to be used and its great.

Last night while running there a dog came towards us agressively, and caused me to go over on my ankle. I am now bearly able to walk, will miss the Dublin Half marathon this sat and will seriously affect my training for Dublin full marathon. Could be 8 months training down the drain due a owners stupidty.

Owners reaction was did he bite you, i said No and he said grand, even though i could bearly walk! I have reported this to the council also.

I manage to keep my dog on a leash, please can the rest do it.
