Dog with cataracts

12-09-2012 1:00pm#1My Bichon is 6 years old and has diabetes I have noticed that there are cataracts forming on both her eyes I was wondering if there would be any way that she could be helped other than surgery as I am not too sure of the risks regarding the surgery I am really looking at homeopathy and was wondering if there is some one out there who can help Thank you
