Changing to Electric Ireland

I changed over to Electric Ireland on the 28th of August last and was told I would recieve a pack in the post but two weeks later I have recieved nothing yet.Is this normal

Hi Avent,

This is indeed the norm as it can take up to 20 working days for a switch to be completed.
If you send me your MPRN (meter point reference number) for electricity and your name/address/telephone number by private message, I will check to see what stage the switch is at.
