    Hi All

I've been considering taking an apartment in this complex and I'm just wondering if anybody has any experience there ? Is it well maintained by the management company etc ? Given that the apartments are relatively new, I'm wondering how sound proof they are. They seem to have timber floors in some, so I'm wondering if I'll be hearing the neighbors next door or upstairs every time they walk around with their shoes on !!

Other than that, what is public transport like besides the dart ? It seems to be only served by the 130, is that pretty regular and punctual ?

    Thanks in advance

The 130 is a very good service. It's frequent enough - you'd rarely be waiting more than 8 minutes at peak times. It can be busy and at times, due to this, tw come along at once (one full, one almost empty). The DART would be a bit of a walk for you, unless you plan to cycle.

It's probably worth having a bike as everything is a bit of a walk away, e.g. the nearest shops are 15min walk. It's a quiet part of the world but in a good way :)
