    Hey,

    So I like the idea of this Kindle Paperwhite, but like most of us, I don't live in the US :(

    Has anyone succeeded in ordering a Kindle from Amazon U.S., having it delivered to a friend/relative and then getting it shipped to Ireland?

    - Can a U.S. Kindle be registered with an Irish credit card for purchases?
    - Will 3G work in Ireland?

    If anyone has had this experience please let me know.

    Just heard today that it's not available anywhere else till sometime in 2013. Shopereaders.com are selling them though but will probably be a lot more expensive to bring in from the us, customs etc, you would need a few people buying them to make it worth while.
