    I'm setting up online banking for my Mam. Maybe a stupid question but what or where is the user ID for logging in?

    Hi Mars Bar,

    Thanks for your query. Once a customer has completed the initial registration process on www.365online.com, new six-digit 365 PIN will be sent out to the home address we have on file. Once this has been received the customer will then need to ring Banking365 on 0818 365 365 to activate the security PIN and receive the User ID.
