    Thats probably the first knock off i'd consider buying. i'd get rid of the ios theme though and put stock ICS on it.

    I'd love to have a mess with this in person. wonder will any knock off shops import it here?

    they won't have a leg to stand on.

    apple would have had a ton of patents on that specific design. not to mention they are using a version of android skinned to look exactly like iOS.

    if it went to court, the case would be thrown out in a matter of hours.

    no there's a clear void in build quality between the goophone and the iPhone, i can even see the difference from a youtube video.

    the iphone will be gorgeous to hold and to look at, they obsess over these qualities. the goophone will be blocky and feel like a generic piece of plastic in your hands

    how am i brainwashed? i just know good design/build quality when i see it.

    if you had both a goophone and an iphone 5 in your hand you'd be saying the same thing, i can just tell from looking at hands on videos of both that the build quality is vastly superior on the apple product.

    Eh, no.

    The iPhone will probably feel like it was carved rather than manufactured. People can criticise Apple about stuff but they make very tight hardware.

    Something Chinese rip-offs are not renowned for.
