Saorview AND FTA Satellite integrated TV set?

As we know, most new televisions bought in Ireland today are Saorview enabled and can get all of the free to air UK channels by means of a set top box.

However I wonder with combi units such as the Triax TSC114 allowing us to view both Irish and UK channels using the same box and remote why must those who buy a Saorview enabled TV switch to a set top box to watch UK channels? I know that one way around it is to use a combi box but it seems a waste to buy two Saorview enabled devices without using their full capability.

Does anyone know of any models of television on sale that have both Saorview and Free to Air Satellite capability built in?
