Siri in IRELAND

with the recent Siri update in IOS6 I just wanna know does Siri give Premiership scores/updates ??? Does it give Ireland information on Restaurants etc. ???

That list isn't accurate, they only list where they have 100% coverage whereas there is spotty coverage globally for several of those features (eg. 3D maps in London, Sydney, Dublin and so forth).

As for Siri in Ireland, it can now with iOS 6 look for shops, restaurants, businesses, give map directions, tweet, facebook post, launch apps, all within Ireland. This even though Apple says officially the country isn't supported yet.

It's not 100% accurate just yet naturally, but the functionality is there nonetheless, which is very nice.
