Where does Irish law stand concerning the Ecchi genre of Anime ?

Are Anime like Girls Bravo and Elfen lied even considered legal ?
I've done a search to try to find any other threads on this topic but have not found any yet.
I'd rather not watch them unless they are considered legal.
I have also done a google search on it and have found noting.

Lolicon is understandably illegal but there is noting clear to go by about the Ecchi genre.
Could somebody be arrested for watching Ecchi ?
Since they could possibly contain nudity of someone who looks underage ?

I still do not know about Girls Bravo, noting comes up about it been any form of illegal pornography on Google.

I think concerning the Ecchi Genre of Anime , if you see anything in it which seems illegal Immediately exit it and don't watch it ever again.
Or better yet, at the end of the day we should just use our common sense to avoid any illegal crap and be informed before hand which would make things a whole lot easier.
