Hi, can anyone please recommend a plumber or builder to adapt bathroom for my father, have been let down by two plumbers in the last eight weeks, after meeting with them few times and both saying they’ll do the job, then come up with they no longer have their builders, etc. It would be done under council mobility grant,…
