Got double glazing windows fitted 5 years ago.

last 6 months, front door, side panel, black lining seems to be coming loose internally. why is this and is it a cause for concern? Pic below.

Had a 10 yr guarantee but cant get in contact with guy who fitted them through phone, mail whatever online so safe to assume he's gone.

Hopefully this shows the problem....probably just the sealant, can this be repaired if its a problem?

Does it not just push back in?
Have you tried and it just pops back out?

    Sorry, gotcha now.

Not in the business but recon you would have to get the pane removed from the frame and the seal pushed back into place.

Pain in the ass, sorry can't advise any more.

Hi, Looks like the seal has gone and your double-glazed unit will break down shortly if it hasn't already.
If you look on the spacerbar or on any toughened glass you should see the name of the manufacturer usually a glass company.
If you cant find the name of the manufacturer or the guy who fitted then I'am afraid you will have to replace at your own expence.
I can recommend a couple of guys if you need someone.
